Alternate Shipping Addresses
At the time your order is placed, we collect your billing and shipping information. For your own protection we suggest that any credit card order be shipped to a valid address on file with the credit card company, although alternate addresses are acceptable. We can also arrange to have your package shipped to a local FedEx station for pick-up — call our offices at any time for assistance locating the nearest FedEx facility.
Beyond Free-Shipping Regions
International Shipping
MDCDiamonds.com offers shipping and insurance for customers residing outside the United States. On all international orders, shipping and insurance costs $65 US + 1% of the total order amount, regardless of payment method. International customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, taxes, or surcharges levied by their country — please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties.
Military personnel located overseas may have their packages shipped to an APO or FPO location free of charge. Please note that APO/FPO shipments are handled through the US Postal Service and can take up to three weeks to arrive.
