Occasionally an item may be temporarily out of stock — if this affects your order, we'll contact you by phone. We reserve the right to correct any and all errors when they occur, and we do not honor inaccurate or erroneous prices. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Quotes provided by phone, in person, or by email on custom jewelry and loose diamonds remain valid for one business week from the date of the quote.

We sell complete engagement rings with a center diamond included. Settings alone are available by phone order only — call 1-212-840-1417.

We are not responsible for a diamond chipping or breaking during the setting process. For orders under $750, customers are responsible for insuring the stone during shipment to us.

You're welcome to view your diamond and setting in person at our New York showroom by appointment — see Visit Our Showroom. Alternatively, you may send us a diamond you've already purchased elsewhere to have it set.

We offer free resizing within 60 days of shipment (Eternity rings are excluded). Resizing typically takes about 7 business days. See our international ring size chart if you're unsure of your size.

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and Google Checkout.

Bank wire transfers receive a 1.5% discount plus a $20 processing fee, available on orders of $700 or more. Cashier's check orders ship 10 days after the check is received.

Some banks impose daily spending limits on debit cards that can affect larger purchases. If you run into this, a wire transfer or credit card are good alternatives.

Every order is fully insured in transit. A signature is required upon delivery for orders over $500.

For security purposes, orders shipped to an address other than your billing address must have that address on file with your credit card company.

Orders under $10,000 can ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery to the UK and Canada is available for select items.

Original grading reports ship within 14 business days of your order. If you return a certified diamond, the original certificate must be included — a replacement fee applies if it's missing.

We can laser-inscribe your diamond's grading report number onto its girdle for a $60 fee.

Sales tax is collected only on orders shipped to New York State addresses.

We offer a 30-day return policy on items in new condition, with exchanges or refunds available. Some items are subject to restocking fees or are final sale — full details are on our Returns Policy page.

Product photos may appear larger or smaller than the actual item. Carat total weight may vary up to 0.05 carats from the stated weight. Jewelry measurements are taken before finishing and are rounded; where an item contains multiple diamonds, listed grades are averages across those stones.
