We want you to be absolutely satisfied with your jewelry. Wear it. Enjoy it. Show it off. If within 30 days after receipt of your purchase you're not completely satisfied, return it for a full refund (Minus the cost of shipping) of the purchase price or replace it. All products should be returned in the original state they were received.
Please note, all custom orders will carry a 15% restocking fee.
All Rose/Pink gold jewlery are custom made and carry a 15% restocking fee.
All Bezel set, engagement rings, earrings, bracelets, and pendants are custom made and carry a restocking fee.
All Free Gifts with purchase must be returned with products which are to be refunded. Refunds are not granted to products which are not returned with the free gift.

| Our Return Process: |

Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or new item will be processed in just a few days. Upon receiving your return, the item will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been set, engraved, altered, or resized (by a jeweler other than MDC Diamonds), or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Returns with no MDC Diamonds return code, and packages that are improperly packaged or uninsured will be refused receipt.

| How To Prepare A Return: |
|
To return a diamond or jewelry item to MDC Diamonds, follow our three step process:
1) Your Return Authorization Code. Call 1-866-239-4315 and you will be given a Return Authorization Code. Write this code on the return sticker found in your package. Affix the sticker to the outside of the box you are returning.
2) Package Your Return. Include all original packaging and collateral material. If your item was delivered with a diamond certificate and that certificate is not returned, you may be liable for the $250 replacement cost. For security reasons, do not write MDC Diamonds anywhere on the outside of the box.
3) Insure Your Package. On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination.*
More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached MDC Diamonds.* (FedEx® and UPS® will not insure merchandise over $500.)
You must follow these instructions exactly, failure to do so will prevent the processing of your return. If you have any questions about our return procedure, please contact us at 212-840-1417.
* MDC Diamonds will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments.

I have to say I was nervous purchasing a diamond ring online, sight unseen, however, David and MDC Diamonds made it a dream come true! My trillion cut diamond ring could not have been more breathtaking. I took it to my jeweler friend for her opinion and she was stunned, and a bit jealous. I should tell you that HER trillion cut diamond was what made my mind up on the cut, but mine put hers to shame, and at a fraction of the cost. I couldn't be more thrilled! What better way to celebrate the ten years my beautiful partner and I have shared together and especially to kick off the next ten.
